Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange certain regular, non-sale priced items for a full or partial refund, depending on the type of item. Sale priced items or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You may also request a replacement of defective or damaged items. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags attached. 

Returns and exchanges must be received within thirty (30) days of your order date with valid proof of purchase. All transactions are subject to a restocking fee of up to $5.00 per item, as well as the cost of return shipping if return is not due to damaged or mis-shipped merchandise. You may not return perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source and may take up to fourteen (14) days to process once the item is received, in addition to credit card processing time. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift card and transmit it to the email address provided with the order, or to issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided with the order.

We may deny or give a partial refund on the following items:

Books with obvious signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, vinyl records, software and video games.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
