Processing time : If your items are not marked as presale in the product listing, they will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Standard shipping : Priority Mail or UPS Ground for domestic orders.
International shipping : DHL, Worldwide Express, or UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping.
Returns: For domestic orders, we will provide a prepaid return label within 30 days of the delivery date. International Customers can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date, but the postage is the customer's responsibility.
Our return policy is as follows :
All items must have no visible signs of wear and tear, along with the tag if applicable. Please ensure you include the packing slip with your return, so that your return credit can be provided as soon as possible. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Shipping costs and taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE. Funds will be reissued within 7 - 10 business days. Then, you can repurchase the item in your desired size if you would like.
